Q. What kind of services can we receive?

A. Free wheelchair rental, barrier-free restroom, open space for general public at Kutsurogi Square (closed during special events), and various other services are available for our visitors. For details, see Facility&Service.

Q. Can I pay with a credit card?

A. VISA, MasterCard, JCB are accepted. Please note that some shops and restaurants don't accept payment by credit cards.

Q. Can I pay with gift vouchers?

A. Only JCB and VISA gift vouchers are accepted. Please note that some shops and restaurants don't accept any gift vouchers.

Access&Car Parking Space

Q. How can I get to the Yume-Kaze Plaza by public transportation?

A. Please take the train and bus. From Kintetsu or JR Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (city-circular bus out bound #2) and get off at Himuro Shrine/Nara National Museum stop, and 1-min. walk.

Q. Are there wheelchair parking spaces?

A. We have three wheelchair parking spaces.

Q. What are the car parking charges?

A. Free of charge to park within 30 minutes. 1,000 yen per hour.
2-hour free parking ticket will be provided if purchases total over 2,000yen in Yume-Kaze Plaza, in this case, 5,00 yen per hour after parking 2 more hours will be added.
