About Service

Q: What kind of services can we receive?
A: Free wheelchair rental, barrier-free restroom, open space for general public at Kutsurogi Square (closed during special events), and various other services are available for our visitors. For details, see Facility & Service.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: VISA, MasterCard, JCB are accepted. Please note that some shops and restaurants don’t accept payment by credit cards.
Q: Can I pay with gift vouchers?
A: Only JCB and VISA gift vouchers are accepted. Please note that some shops and restaurants don’t accept any gift vouchers.

Access & Car Parking Space

Q: How can I get to the Yume-Kaze Plaza by public transportation?
A: Please take the train and bus. From Kintetsu or JR Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (city-circular bus out bound #2) and get off at Himuro Shrine/Nara National Museum stop, and 1-min. walk.
Q: Are there wheelchair parking spaces?
A: We have three wheelchair parking spaces.
Q: What are the car parking charges?
A: Free of charge to park within 30 minutes. 1,000 yen per hour.
2-hour free parking ticket will be provided if purchases total over 2,000yen in Yume-Kaze Plaza, in this case, 5,00 yen per hour after parking 2 more hours will be added.
