What services are available at Yumekaze Hiroba?

We offer a variety of services, including barrier-free restrooms and free access to the relaxation area (except during events). Please check the facility information page for details .

Can I use a credit card?

Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and other credit cards are accepted.
However, please note that some stores may not accept these cards.

Can I use a gift card (voucher)?

Only JCB and VISA gift cards are accepted.
However, please note that some stores may not accept gift certificates at all.

What should I contact if I’ve lost something?

0742-25-0870 (reception hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Transportation access and parking information

Is it possible to get there using public transportation other than a car?

You can get there by train or bus.
From Kintetsu Nara Station or JR Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu bus (outer loop, route 2) and get off at the Himuro Shrine/National Museum bus stop. It’s a 1-minute walk from there.

Do you have designated parking spaces for wheelchairs?

We have three designated parking areas for wheelchair users on the premises.

What are the parking fees?

If you spend 2,000 yen or more by combining receipts from all stores within Yumekaze Hiroba, you will receive 2 hours of free parking, with an additional charge of 600 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter .
