We want more people to know about and taste our delicious sweet potato sweets.
This shop was born from that desire.

We use our specially selected sweet potato, "Beni Haruka," to bring out its natural sweetness, allowing you to enjoy moist and rich baked sweet potatoes.
Our bite-sized baked sweet potatoes are made using a unique method: they are slowly steamed under reduced pressure and then carefully baked in the oven.
Finishing them in a vacuum promotes saccharification, resulting in an incredibly sweet and moist texture.

All products are available for takeout, making them perfect companions for exploring Nara.
We also have an eat-in space in the shop where you can relax and enjoy the freshly made deliciousness.
